Quality and Innovation Policy

The Management of Medical Precision Implants, S.A. (hereinafter «MPI») has established this policy in line with its corporate vision and strategic objectives. It provides the framework for setting and reviewing business goals, which are periodically evaluated by Management. Management ensures the availability of the resources necessary to achieve these objectives and to maintain the effectiveness of the management system.

MPI is a company operating in the dental sector, dedicated to the design, development, manufacture, and commercialization of dental implant systems, prosthetic components, and surgical instrumentation, as well as the importation of attachment systems for implant-supported overdentures and bone graft substitute materials.

As part of its commitment to continuous improvement and to ensure excellence in innovation management and product design, MPI has implemented an Integrated Quality and R&D&I Management System (hereinafter «IMS»). This system ensures compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) and Royal Decree 192/2023 governing medical devices, with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction, meeting the expectations of relevant stakeholders, and maintaining the effectiveness of the implemented system.

MPI is certified to ISO 13485:2016, demonstrating compliance with internationally recognized requirements for quality management systems in the medical device industry, and to UNE 166002:2021, validating the effectiveness of its research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) activities. Annual audits are conducted by accredited Certification Bodies and a Notified Body to verify ongoing compliance with the requirements of these standards.

Management reviews this policy annually to ensure its continued suitability, implementation, and effectiveness. The policy is communicated throughout the organization to all MPI personnel, and Management ensures that it is understood and applied at all levels.

This policy is maintained as documented information within MPI’s Integrated Management System and is readily accessible. To strengthen MPI’s reputation and foster confidence among customers, partners, regulatory authorities, and other relevant stakeholders, it is made available to interested parties upon request.
