ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE
Ethics is a fundamental value in the way we conduct our work; it is a key factor in building trust and represents a true mark of distinction that our clients and the market hold in exceptionally high regard. At Medical Precision Implants, we expect all our professionals to behave in accordance with the highest ethical standards, guided by their desire to do the right thing.

To ensure this objective is met, the management of Medical Precision Implants has approved a Code of Ethics that guides all professionals on how they should act in situations involving difficult ethical decisions, and has established an Ethics Channel for communication and reporting of any potential irregularities committed within the company.

CODE OF ETHICS
The purpose of our Code of Ethics is to establish the ethical values and principles that govern the company’s conduct, as well as the general guidelines of behaviour to be followed by all its directors, managers, employees and any other persons whose activities are expressly subject to the Code of Ethics in the performance of their duties. Violation of the Code of Ethics is considered a serious offence that entails consequences for the offender or for anyone who, having knowledge of such an offence, fails to report it.

ETHICS CHANNEL
The Ethics Channel is a tool that allows for the confidential reporting of potentially irregular activities that may constitute a breach of the Code of Ethics or the commission of a criminal offence within the company. At Medical Precision Implants, we view the Ethics Channel as an opportunity to improve our organisation, enabling us to detect conduct contrary to our ethical principles and resolve any doubts regarding unclear or ambiguous situations that may compromise our principles and values.
